Welcome to Oomkik. By using our digital frame software and services, you agree to these terms.
Oomkik provides a platform to sync and display photos from your Google Photos library to an Android-based digital frame.
Our service requires access to your Google Photos via the Google Photo Picker. You remain the owner of all content you choose to display. We do not claim ownership of your photos.
Photos are stored on our servers for a limited period (typically 7 days) to facilitate synchronization to your device. Once downloaded to your frame, a thumbnail may be retained on our servers for management purposes until the photo is deleted by you.
You are responsible for the content you display. You must ensure you have the right to use and display any photos you sync with Oomkik.
When you request the deletion of a photo, the command is sent to your frame. If the frame is offline, the deletion will occur once it reconnects. Once deleted from the frame, photos cannot be recovered through our service.
Oomkik is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oomkik and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of photos, or loss of service, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
You may stop using Oomkik and delete your account at any time by contacting us at oomkik@googlegroups.com. Upon account deletion, all your personal data and stored photo data held on our servers will be permanently removed within 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these Terms of Service, or if required to do so by law. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice where possible.
You are the sole owner of the Android device(s) used for the Oomkik frame. It is your responsibility to maintain the device, including keeping the Android operating system updated with the latest security patches. For optimal security and performance, we recommend that the device be used as a dedicated frame and that no unnecessary third-party applications be installed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
